Coyote Law
While hiking in Sedona one evening, I came upon the sight of four coyotes eyeing me on a small bluff ahead, silhouetted by the moon. My thoughts went right back to "Tombstone," and how similar they looked in my imagination. "There's four of us and one of you." I imagined them saying as I quickly turned around and began walking home. After all, this is Coyote Law.

Coyote Cordon Bleu
Not all coyotes are scavengers. Some have very educated palates. It all depends on the pack that you came from. These coyotes chefs are in a procession on their way to a major full moon feast. Their cuisine is the most anxiously awaited…especially by them. Unfortunately, by the time they got there it disappeared. The rabbit sprang out of the basket into a rabbit hole and the chicken flew up a tree. The two fish jumped in a lake and the only things left were the cake, the wine, the cheese and one egg. By the time they got to the feast they were flying three sheets to the wind, full of sugar and cheese and empty-handed except for one egg… and that won’t feed 10 packs of hungry coyotes. The other coyotes were so furious they chased the coyote trickster chefs out of town.

Bones Patowsky and Rabbit Chasers
Bones Patowsky and the Rabbit Chasers have been run out of more bars than a bad karaoke performer. Bones is not the sharpest crayon in the box, but he knows a good musician when he sees one. The Rabbit Chasers are a motley crew assembled from the juke joints of New Orleans, the seedy clubs of Harlem, the dark side of Nashville, and a high school battle of the bands. Bones' band has many talents. They can really wail - AND duck flyng glasses and bottles. They've been known to speed up many a set when their minds become fixed on the pursuit of the next rabbit. Their first - and last - gig at the Hip Hop Bunny Club was a disaster and a day that will live in infamy. As a result of their shared obsession, their music sometimes suffers. But it does make for a good story.

Jazz on The Lox
May the wisdom of the Lox bring you Joy and Blessings. Not just while the lox is here, but well after it's gone. And then the Moyl said "It won't be long now", and it wasn't. For they came and celebrated, and it was truley a giant Mitzvah. (Oy Gevalt!)
